The commander-in-chief this week nominated officers to lead U.S. European Command, Central Command, Africa Command and Special Operations Command.

The organization was stood up in October as Centcom looks for new ways to deploy robotic platforms for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) and other missions.
