As part of her role, Plumb will be IBM's "Client Zero," meaning she will internally operationalize AI technologies and concepts to test them before deploying to clients.

The Defense Department is winding down Task Force Lima and launching a new initiative focused on accelerating the delivery of new generative artificial intelligence capabilities.
