IBM’s Jonathan Entwistle on the influence of the supply chain in the technology space

IBM Federal Ecosystem CTO Jonathan Entwistle talks about the impact of the supply chain in the technology space. “There’s a lot of work in Taiwan…and as we look at their issues, a lot of it revolves around fuel,” he says, “[for example] providing fuel for the jets, ships…that represents a technology issue because it revolves around optimization and understanding what kind of assets you have in the field and how do you optimize it.”
