Army solicits industry for portable platform to deliver RF effects

Officials are interested in offerings that would allow the platform to integrate with small drones to extend its range and boost situational awareness.

One thing Gen. Rainey says he left unaccomplished as he retires

Rainey will retire next week as Army Futures Command merges with Training and Doctrine Command on Oct. 1.
